How far ahead should we start?
Reach out as soon as you have a topic and a date. Timing depends on the scope, content readiness and review requirements. We’ll agree on a realistic schedule before work begins.
Can a recording become an on-demand CE activity?
A recording may be eligible for review as a separate on-demand activity. Contact us before offering it for nursing contact hours so we can confirm the requirements. This does not promise retroactive credit for a past live event.
Can our program have a sponsor?
Tell us about your sponsor and funding during planning. We’ll review the content, disclosures and independence requirements to determine whether the activity is suitable.
What do participants need to do to receive a certificate?
Participants must meet the activity’s stated completion requirements, including any required evaluation or assessment. Certificate delivery and applicable reporting are confirmed during planning.
Do you support other healthcare professions?
Yes—CE options may also be available for other disciplines, such as occupational therapy (OT) and physical therapy (PT). We’ve supported CE activities for OT and PT audiences. Email us to discuss your program, the professions attending and their licensing requirements so we can explore what’s possible.
