Tikidas Refund Policy
Effective Date: 10/14/2025
Last Updated: 10/14/2025
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which students may request refunds, and how refunds affect instructor payouts. It applies to all courses on Tikidas, whether CE-accredited or non-CE.
1. General Refund Policy
Students may request a refund if they encounter technical issues, enrollment errors, or eligibility issues that prevent them from accessing or completing the course.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment.
Refunds are granted at Tikidas’ discretion, based on verification of the issue.
2. CE Courses
CE courses follow the same refund timeline, but refunds do not automatically include CE credits already earned.
If a student receives a refund for a CE course, Tikidas may revoke issued CE certificates and adjust reporting to comply with accreditation requirements.
3. Non-CE Courses
Refunds for non-CE courses are generally issued for technical issues or payment errors.
Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with course content, except at Tikidas’ discretion.
4. Instructor Payout Adjustments
If a refund is issued, the instructor’s payout for that enrollment will be deducted from future payments.
Refunds or chargebacks reduce net revenue and may affect base payouts, completion bonuses, and referral bonuses.
Tikidas reserves the right to withhold payments for flagged activity or suspicious refund patterns.
5. Anti-Fraud Protections
Refund requests are reviewed to prevent abuse.
Accounts attempting multiple refunds or exhibiting suspicious behavior may have payouts withheld or reversed.
Tikidas may request additional verification or documentation before issuing a refund.
6. Process for Requesting a Refund
Student submits a refund request through the Tikidas support portal within the allowable timeframe.
Tikidas reviews the request and verifies eligibility (e.g., technical issue, enrollment error, course access).
Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Instructors are notified of any payout adjustments due to refunds.
7. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts younger than 3–7 days if completion metrics or anti-fraud review is pending.
Refunds do not apply to bonus payouts already earned for verified completions, 5-star reviews, or referral revenue, unless the refunded enrollment is directly involved.
8. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a course or submitting a course as an instructor, students and instructors acknowledge that they have read and understood this Refund Policy.
