FAQs (friendly + fast)
Do I need teaching experience?
Nope. If you’ve taught a coworker how to handle a tough shift, you can teach here.
Do I need fancy recording gear?
Phone + good mic works. Quiet room = bonus points.
How do I get paid?
Via Stripe/PayPal. You’ll see real-time earnings in your dashboard.
Who owns my content?
You do. Tikidas licenses it to deliver CE + learning on our platform.
Can I update my course later?
Please do. Nursing evolves — your courses should too.
Do I need to be a nurse to teach on Tikidas?
No. You do not have to be a nurse or clinically licensed to teach here.
However:
If you’re not clinically licensed, your course may not qualify for CE accreditation, depending on the topic.
Non-clinical or professional-development topics (ex: budgeting, wellness, productivity, business skills, documentation hacks, etc.) can still be taught on Tikidas — they just won’t be CE-bearing courses.
Plenty of our instructors teach non-CE courses that nurses absolutely love (and pay for).
If you are clinically licensed and the topic is clinical or practice-related, we can review it for CE approval.
Can I teach live?
Not yet! But webinars + cohorts may be introduced in the future.
Tiny Print (the nice kind)
By submitting a course for publishing, you agree to our Instructor Terms + Community Standards.
Evidence > ego. Clear > complicated. Be kind, cite your sources, and teach what works.
